Help I need a second opinion. My plant is appx. 8 ft. long with sides at 3-4 ft. Very healthy plant, but only has 1 large main vine. I trimmed off the first secondarys to help the main & it did the main is very, very good, 1 ft. back from the tip of the main it is larger than a garden hose. Here is my question 3 ft out my plant threw it,s first secondary I kept , it went right. The next 3 went left , then the 4th back to the right. Because of this the secondary that went right is 2-3 x larger than the others. It is appx. 3 ft long and is starting to throw females with every segment that comes out. when they start blooming they will be 6 ft & longer. Because of the close distance to the base and the large size of the vine do you think I can set fruit on this vine without harm to the main. I grow in 500 square ft. so I have to make the best of my space. The plant is a mombert 934 is going to be crossed with a holland 945. Both are mombert 567.5 X lloyd 935 , I thought it would be a good cross........Thanks.......Paul
