Well it is official now. i will have a place to grow without having to use my fiancee's m0om's house. the urge to try to get in on the pumpkin contest is overwhelming. . i have gone thru my seed library and i do not have an 840 to grow with. any suggestions. as the seed request board does not have em available?

Get ahold of Walcott pumpkin, Mike Frantz. I had two seeds I sent to him for just this event. I do not plan on growing it this year and have some seeds from the same cross thanks to Rock Rivard. He may still have them available. I will be entering the squash contest though.

yes jeff i am in southern SD. although i will be moving to aberdeen in the next few months. i have to finish my second semester at SDSM&T
also known as the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology
and steelydave. i am game for one of those 840's if you would email me :)

We will not post the files in any other format. However, I have added a link to the free Microsoft Excel viewer. These files are maintained by Mike Frantz, not John or I, so they have to remain in their native format.

No Place Special

I still have the two 840 seeds Tiller sent me and two other 840 seeds to give out. I have also been contacted by a few people offering to give up their 840 seeds. Hey Mike, How did you decide to go with the 840 seeds for the contest? Is it just a good all-around seed or is it because they are plenitful or both?
