I would like to know the genetics on the 769 Wentzell, but I don't have to know I am only curious. Only 1 of my 3 seeds sprouted, but the one that did seems to be doing great maybe it will grow me a giant pumpkin.

Bob...the 769 Wentzell is a seed from 2000....it is a cross between the 914Wentzel (which grew a 1000lber last year) as the female side and the 780 Eaton (grew 5 or 6 punkins over 800 so far) as the male side. This seed is new and has never been grown so we have no info on it but you can be assured its one of the best crosses possible. It may just grow you that big pumpkin..........Glenn
