I have a Dill's AG seedling 10 days old. It only had one original leaf which is very large, and it now has two "First" true leaves that sprouted at the exact same time. It is now looking like two identical second leaves are growing directly opposite of each other (just like the two "first" leaves. Is this a mutant that I should just cull?

sounds like a mutant to me. if you have others that look good, and have good genetics, i'd stick with those
