Is it possible to grow in greenhouses?I live in north Italy and the temperature isn't so good in summer.I know people who grow normal pumpkins in greenhouse with no problems(but thei'r targhet ain't the size).Thank you.

it's possible, you would need a big greenhouse though.

Hi Nan, I grow in a greenhouse here in the Yukon. You need a lot of space! Count on needing a couple of hundred square feet at least. I've done other things like setting up climbing walls and suspended layers for crossing vines overhead. Do what you can to maximize the space you have. It'll have to be a labour of love for you and you won't have room for much else in your greenhouse. Good luck - send me an e-mail if you want to exchange greenhouse growing tips. Yukon
