It really surprises me at the money's the 1370 Rose brings in, Not knocking the seed at all, but out performing the likes of the 1041 Mckee, 904 Stelts, 1420 Larue, etc, in the auction, is amazing,
What am I missing, because I can't figure it out.

The only thing I can think of is that it seems to be a good breeder. Look at what some of the 1370 and reverse crosses are producing. Along with the fact that it grows mostly nice orange pumpkins as well. If I had one I would grow it again. lol. Thanks to everyone that supported our club by buying seeds from our auction. Steve

i planted 3 1370's this year with the 1317.5 being only 1 to make it also was slowest grower.blew other 2 up after a 2 days of heavy rain in early august.i estimated that the largest of the 1370's would have been 440 inches plus by end of season but will never know because of split.Jerry

After a very late start (4 weeks) & less water than I can spit, our 1370 still managed 853 lbs. I'd grow it again if I could afford it! LOL

Jerry, that's awesome! To bad it split. I was wondering if you could tell me what the 998 Pukos pollinator for your 1317.5 produced.....size, shape, color, etc. Thanks!
The 1370 has grown many over 1000 lbs. and several over 1200....and a few over 1300....not too shabby!

You're right Dick....at this rate most growers will be so broke they won't be able to afford a "pot to pee in"!!!
