My wife and I were discusing about when we are out in the patch, and we work over one plant touching the leaves and inspecting ever thing. That before we move to another plant, would it be a good idea to clean you hands with a hand sanitizer, before moving to another plant. So as not to transfer desease or any thing elese. Whats your thoughts?

i dont go quite that far but we have been known to spray the bottom of our patch foot wear with a disinfectant before before entering the patch. we also definately spray our pruning knife before traveling between plants as well
dito on visitors --- they dont even get to walk in the patch cause you never know where there feet have been. a lot of diseases are transfered by foot traffic in and around the patch
