The GPC is going to have a bigger role in the content of the growers seminar in 2008. The Executive Committee would like to know what you like to see in Niagara. We will be focusing on education and recognition so please post your thoughts and ideas so we can help make this seminar a can't miss event!!!

This is a great event that all growers should try to attend at least once. We've been going ever year since the late 90's & have met many many wonderful people. I wouldn't miss it for the world. Our thanks goes out to all the organizers of the event. We look forward to seeing you all there. Merry Christmas.

I am thinking of going, but I have never been away from my kids for a full day and I am not a big fan of airplanes. Maybe I will drive- do they have a daycare at the seminar? lol! Kevin

i would recommend attendance at the international giant vegtable growers association for all levels of growers.

now that dave stelts and the gpc, have joined forces with lisa irwin and her canadian crew, the seminar promices to be an even greater hit for everyone.

i have to say the friends made during these years of pumpkin gatherings hold special memories for many of us.

this year promices to be very exciting for everyone. some very well qualified experts in their field plus the opportunity to rub elbows with the best in the hobby is something you dont want to miss.

Our office is pretty much closed for the next week--and I am leaving for Graceland with my family, so emails won't get answered until the New Year but I will get them all answered on the 2nd.

Thanks for the update Lisa but I thought bringing Elvis to the convention was a secret???

I have received alot of great ideas for the convention and we will be posting the seminar agenda the fist week or 2 of 2008. Please keep the ideas coming with out your input we might miss a really good topic or speaker in Niagara.

The Ice & Pap show is coming together and if you know them you will not be disappointed with their evening activities. If you have any ideas for Ice and Pap please feel free to post them as well I am sure they will appreciate any idea.
