Went in to get more grounds for the patch today, the manager said "we don't keep the grounds anymore, we just throw them out." He said not enough people were picking them up and they would start to rot. I asked if I could bring a trashcan and have them throw them "away" in my trashcan and he said "NO". Will corn meal have the same effect as grounds as far as feeding the worms? I'm boycotting Starbucks as a protest! lol

The starbucks by me said they stop keeping grounds in the winter, but in the spring they start to put them back out. I still get them, its a small amount, just what they happen to have at the time, if they have'nt thrown them out.

Are coffee grounds that important? What nutritional value do they have?

Thanks

Dont worry coffee grounds arent the magic wand. Just stop by local delis and what not usually here glad to help. Just give them a trash can and and replace it with a new one every week. Not bashing starbucks but Im just not a huge fan. Theres a lot of local places that will take care of ya. Starbucks is just a franchise go local I believe.
