I have received about 60 Bubbles in response to a post I made for New Growers to get seeds. That's great.
7 of the bubbles had no note, no nothing, only a self addressed bubble.
There will be no seeds sent out to these. If you don't have time to at least say Hi. I have no time to fill the bubble.

Amen! This has been a problem with bubbles coming my way in the past. We need another "How to ask for seeds politely" conversation. John

Hi Eddy. LOL. Funny this should come up today. I just emailed a person that I sent a bubble to. When I got home from the post office I discovered that I had left a note out of a bubble. It was an accident and I made sure the person getting the bubble knew it.

Hi Eddy, As someone that could be classed as a novice, I am in the position that I ask experienced growers for seed. The response I have got from people on here has been brilliant and I would not dream of sending out a bubble without a small hand written note. It`s also nice to get my bubble back with a short note from the grower enclosed I guess what I`m saying is that it is people like you who give novices a start in this sport and this is most appreciated in the vast majority of cases. Keep up the good work!!

Also never send a blind bubble. Contact should be made prior to sending. I agree "No Note, No Seed"

I agree Eddy. I just got a bubble from a grower who posted a request for a certain seed. I got the bubble. No note, no thank you. I am contemplating not sending it.

I got a bubble for a request and on the bubble inside the envelope it was just a plain blank bubble, not even the growers return address was on the bubble let alone no postage. I was like huh?

I received a bubble pack with no return bubble inside, no postage money, nothing... Feeling good hearted I went ahead and sent the guy some seeds but won't do it again. I would have thought the concept of the whole "sending a bubble" thing would have been pretty self explanatory (did I spell that right)?

I received a SASE *non-bubble* envelope this year. It had a note suggesting we had corresponded by email which I don't doubt....I just don't remember. A copy of the email would have been good. Hopefully a '000' bubble fits inside.

I accidently took my note out right before I sent it to a grower. Shame on me.
