It's midnight Saturday and the storm is done here ( I'm located between Portland and Kittery) and we only got brushed by Noel . 1.1 inches of rain and winds between 20 and 30 mph.

over 150,000 people have lost their power here in Nova Scotia. Rain has stopped in the north east (Antigonish area of the mainland) but the folks out on the coast of the Northumberland Strait are really getting hammered by the wind and extremely high waves.....STORM is definitely not over yet around here....will report more later if I get a chance....lots of trees down both in and outside town, where -the-heck is Don Young when we need him???...LOL, Bill
