I solerized in middle of summer & under plastic it got so hot Even early in day that no way could i walk on plastic barefoot , then after while pulled up plastic , But iv reapplyed it to middle & now that its later in the suns angel of declanation , it dont get that hot even when it gets 100* air temp , So the only thing changed it suns angel , What a differance in the rays power, Even if air temp is same like 100* It gets way hotter when sun is more directly over head !! I can easly walk on plastic even on a hot day this time of yr !!

Are you creating a air layer? a few soda cans or bricks will double your heat.

The soda cans ,when placed right can change the angle to the sun's rays.
