Hi gang, I just recieved confirmation that I have made the list for a 2000 clone from our fearless leader on the subject "MADMAN" I'm as giddy as a school girl on prom night.... My cover crops are comming along nicely (now that the snow finaly melted, 115 straight days of snow on the ground, all time record). I have learned of many new techniques that I will use this season my most valuable "secret weapon" will be my custom misting system as we experience many 85 to 90+ degree days. I owe a big thank you to John and Ken for providing this awsome site "THANK YOU" with out their help I would'nt be recieving my 2001 clone or have learned so much in such a short time. Best wishes G. Well gang, the system I have devised is a really cool portable proto-type that I am considering patening... The "main ingredent" is misting your specimins, this will allow you reduce plant stress(leaf wilt=no photosynthis) on hot days. You can do this manualy with a garden hose, some 1/2' pvc pipe, and a few misting nozzels. I will tell you this. I got a great deal on misting nozzels from Kesmist.com $50 bucks for 36 various size nozzles with pvc tees and mesh screens. I use a... wait Mrs. Gads said enough!!! Anyway try to keep the day/night temps. even as much as possible, and see the results for yourself.

Aw crud, I forgot to say, my new proto type is totally automated, time/temperature initiated, and time/temperature terminated, and cost me about my life savings to build, plus it is small, water tight, and under 10 lbs. If the University I work for was'nt so far away I would just hand mist!
