If this was a hormone laden teenager on crack it might be somewhat understandable but this idiot was my age!?!?! If I was the responding officer I fear the guy would have gotten ugly & the resulting effort to bring him under control would have resulted in a trip to the hospital.

I'mglsd it wasn't Tom. If the idiot live he'd have sued. If he died his esate would sure. In liberal NY, at worst the judge will make him take some classes.

we used to put a couple giants out by the road for everyone to enjoy. carve them out and light up at night.
thats until one night some a-whole decided to ram both with the front of their truck.
needless to say we dont put them out there any longer.
