On behalf of the NEGPGA we would like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE for the most incredible weigh off in Topsfield history.(and probably the world!!) First and foremost we want to thank each and every competitor for bringing the fruits of their labor to Topsfield . Without you, there would be no competition!! We also thank all the club volunteers, the fair maintenance crew, forklift drivers, all the guys on the lifting team, the spectators, Northeast Scale, and Jim Beauchemin for the fantastic job he did as MC. We also would like to thank our sponsor,Topsfield Fair, and last but not least we would like to thank Ken Derosier for his contribution to the NEGPGA weigh-off and his dedication to what he does for all growers. Sincerely, George & Mary Ann Hoomis and the NEGPGA directors, Jim Kuhn, John Doucet , and Woody Lancaster

Topsfield was a blast this year with many, many, many huge pumpkins. I was very happy to be there and I appreciate all the hard work that went into the weighoff. Thanks to everyone who was there, brought pumpkins, and thanks to Jim Beauchemin for getting the crowd into the weighoff and for making sure that every grower was recognized. I dont think that this will be beat for a while.
