-To all the pumpkin growers and spectators that plan on attending the Durham Fair:

This year there will be a special display that will accompany the winner for the duration of the fair. It will make the winner easily identifiable and give the pumpkin a special honor for being the heaviest.

Even though yours may not be the heaviest, your pumpkin will be seen by many fair-goers that pass by over the three day fair this coming weekend. The excitement the giant pumpkin display brings to kids and their families is priceless.
