That is so depressing! Sorry to hear that. I had a hard time with 200 pounders going down. I know it's not the way you want to end your season, but there is always next year to get ready for and look forward too.

a few days back i loved our chances for the sngpg to retake the best gpc top ten average in that short period of time three of our very good growers --hammer,pete rondeau and steve connolly lost there big gals for the season.all good friends as well. now here we are a few days later and all of a sudden we are back in the pack again. such is life in the fast lane of pumpkin growing pap

Dave, Sorry about your loss. I did not know about the others either. Pete (PGRI) and Steve sorry for you as well. Took the family to the patch tour this summer and saw Pete's patch. I know I met Dave that day as well. These are all great people and top growers.
