i was doing routine searches on wikipedia.org for those who are not familiar with it, it's an on-line encyclopedia - well i did a search on pumpkins and found this interesting fact. "The largest pumpkin on record weighed 1502 lb (666 kg) and was grown by Nicholas Kuzmiak of Paletine, IL."
hmmmm interesting, i had heard diffently, i quickly edited to give the correct credit to Ron Wallace. i cannot believe they just let anyone enter info in there? heck i could have entered my name!

Wiki is a great idea and I think 99% of the time you get good information but then there are times you just question it. Try a heated discussion such as "Global Warming" and you can read the comments people make. Thankfully, our sport is not as intense as this.

Nicholas Kuzmiak is Ron's stage name. With all the publicity he needed an alias. Do not cite wikopedia. It is open source.
