I have been off since Sunday with a heart attack, so anyone who has emailed me asking about the PGPGA weigh-off and pay out schedules through PGPGA.com, I will have that info up this week sometime. I don't reccommend this method to get time off from work, but it will help me get caught up on some webwork! I am fine after one stent in my right coronary artery, but the lifting will have to be done this year by my neighbors and friends!

Lets start a post here, will be interesting for me.. How many stents are in Bigpumpkins.com land? I bet there are a ton of heart attack victims or failed stress tests out there that required a stent. Join the stent board!

God Bless and hope everyone stays healthy!

Rocky, my 1048 Companion almost gave me a heart attack too. I guess we should both get some help the next time we try to move a 1200 pound, perfectly orange pumpkin. In the mean time, just sit out on your porch and watch your 1048 grow. Keep a rifle handy, just in case you need to shoot at some varmits. That is what you Eastern growers do to relax isn't it? If you get cold, see if you can find a Barney blankey to cover up with. Get better soon!

Rocky,

Sorry to here about your MI. Stents are great,I work with them every day, maintain your aspirin and plavix. Keep an eye on your risk factors. Follow up with cardiac rehab if prescribed. In about 6-8 weeks you should be able to start excersize once heart muscle heals. Any heavy lifting now could extend your MI.

Stay Well
