Sept 11 124" circumference ~480lbs the plant is still doing very well, I cut off a few secondary vines today that sprung up due to the wet weather we've had lately. Rubbed him down with a bleach and water mixed to help with disease.
Thanks

Im not sure but I noticed a spot on my 1041.5 Mckie that just ruined my day. I looked by the blossom end and about 4 inches I noticed something leaking. It looks like sap but no crack yet and it was a little soft. I doubt shell make it but its strange shes still packing on the pounds. What I would reccomend you doing is actually spray the fruit with Daconil and coat the spots. They dont look that bad but still I wouldnt chance anything. I believe Im doing the right thing. It sucks though I planted 12 plants and im down to 7 pumpkins left.

Looks like a little surface mold... I think you are on the right track. Looks pretty wet around the fruit. Maybe let her get some sun.

clean out the soft spot, dab some straight bleach into the area and put a hair dryer on a stick and direct on blower on low onto the spot from a ft away fans dont do nearly as well as a source of low heated air

Pap Ive already painted Daconil on it. Can I still use bleach or should I clean the Daconil of it first.
