Made some big mistakes this year, to much water to much ferterlizer not sure which or maybe both. One should not rush mother nature. I was in a hurry. Spent time and money improving the soil last fall (which I think is the key) brought some seeds ( thru Auctions, 1104 Hester,1068 Wallace,1253 Sperry, 1180 Daletas,919 Wallace, 1170 Rose which didn't make it I'm sure it was my mistake if you guys would send me a backup $$$$$ lost $$$$$ learned would be nice ) to improve our line, which helps out the clubs which is very good. Not sure if one should buy East Coast seeds when one lives on the West Coast..... What do you think???. Over the last two years lost most of the seeds that came from auctions that came out of the East Coast I would like to think that I was at fault. If so that I can fixed. If any body out East would like me to try to bring your genetics into my line or if anybody in the West would also like us to bring your traits into ours please email. Will send you our lines.(you may not like ours) We grow only 7 to 9 plants will not ask for seeds that we will not grow. Not fair to you as a grower. Thanks still trying to get this figured out

Hmmmm....I'm a first year grower, but, I have heard, slow does it or easy does it (works). I can say that all you have to do is ask for seeds here and you usually will get a offer from somebody. But, without asking, go to the diary sections, find DUSTER, scroll back to the middle or beggining of august he has one diary written, go to the picture of a pumpkin (email him, click on the little email letter) , on it he offers seeds if anybody would like to try them, he is in california also. Another one, email [email protected], he has a annual free seed giveaway every november. How it works, buy 2 bubble envelopes, one made out to you stamped-place that one in the other one made out to the person sending you the seeds, stamped send, but, don't forget to put a thank you note in the envelope before you send it. P.S. Duster might take you a few days to get back to you, he said he doe'snt have a computer and is in the process of moving.
