CONGRATULATIONS GUYS

There were also some very large exhibition pumpkins brought in -

Tim Parks 1,000#'s on a Parks 1062 '06

Dave McMillan 1,275#'s on a 1,446 Werner '06
Mark Richard 1,336#'s on a 904 Stelts '06

I didn't have these written down so the weights might be a little off feel free to post corrections.

Exhibition is the wrong term (sorry) the 4 over 1,000#'s are DMG pumpkins. Both the Rose and Richard pumpkins were still putting on over 20#'s a day.

Very nice looking pumpkin Mark! from the looks of it, it popped the blossom just a little? How about some stats on it as far as measurements, age, etc?

Dave brings up a good point. We often make the mistake of calling DAMAGED fruit EXHIBITION.

DMG is damaged. Splits, soft spots, deep cracks, etc.
EXH means the fruit was sound but already weighed at another weigh-off or the grower decided to bring more than one entry just to get the weight.

The terms are not interchangeable.

Pap
The 904 Stelts was the 1370 X 1068, Seems as though someone else made that cross also.
