I was wondering where all the heavy hitters send there soil samples to. I just have a feeling the growers from Rhode Island must really trust one place because they all seem to do very well with growing there giants.

Brian,
Andy Wolf has an Excel spread sheet with a lot of HH soil tests mostly from A & L. I've done a bunch too all from CLC.
With Andy's approval I can send it to you.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the progress my 534 Albecht DMG from Kristine (the deer really liked the 630). I have maybe 45 days until the first frost here at 6000' so my sights aren't set on a heavy hitter. I'm interested in tuning my soil for next year to get a little closer to optimum. Believe me, you guys would chuckle at what I have to work with. I even trucked in some good stuff.
