Christy, I must agree....that is one awesome picture that you posted in your diary.

Just curious, is that Nick's 1233 Reiss closest in the picture or something else?

wow i was so excited to see my name on a thread title!!!! THANKS, this made my day. :)

definitely no photoshopping there; i dont even know how to do that!! but it isnt the 1233 either. that is in the field patch seen covered in a white sheet in the picture.

the two in the patch are the 840 Parks (closest and largest) and 925 Dieff. but they really arent that big; as i told dan carlson, it's just trick photography. LOL. thanks for the compliments :)

Christy, love that 840!! How is Nick's 1233 doing?? You had mentioned earlier that he was ahead of you this year....but after all, he is using your patch/soil.

glenn, it's not his 1233, it's mine!! and it's ok but nothing spectacular. yeah he is kicking my butt with that 840 but you are correct about it being part mine hehehehe. we arent growing at our house...not enough room with septic situation and not really wanting to bother our neighbor with using his land. plus our neighbors have random chickens, peacocks, goats, and dogs free ranging it that we dont want to deal with. LOL. our patch at my mom's is only 1 mile from here and is a perfect situation for endless rotation, etc. we'll most likely live up there someday sooner or later depending. but who knows. lots of options!!
