All plants have had problems this yr , Not sure why but even now my 330s are out ! last one to go was doing good & where it should be , but yesterday i measured reduction in weight gains, & same today, Noticed vine coming up to pumpkin back half is soft & not good ,oviously the problem ! only section that looks bad is between pumpkin & last leaf ! Weird !!! O well , Its really a shame as plants were great shape for this time of yr & thought the 1000lb was gonna be had ,, Not this yr, not from me !!

Been weird here too. I think the really hot days and really cold nights and then cold days and then....had something to do with it. Sorry to hear of the demise.

I know the feeling. I have only 2 plants left myself, they are way behind where they should be, and one is showing signs of the disease that wiped out the rest. We just have to learn from our experience and do better next year.

Thanks people it does help to get your replys !! It makes a person feel better as we do put a lot of work into these things , They seem to be still doing 10 lbs a day , & really the most important thing is my 3 yr old (adam) gets to see a large pumpkin as they are aproching 200 lbs & to a 3 yr old look big !!

Yes Fissssh, seeing my kids light up when they get big make this worth it.I have 3 out there yet but in 2 weeks there may be none.Vines are rotting in the mud and heat.Keep trying Glenn , I know I will.
