Hi all I read the article on Admire. I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I can buy some. I even went to my county extention office and they could not help me. This was my problem last year. I live in such a small area I had trouble finding the things I needed.I think if I could have gotten the potash last year I might have done better. Thanks for any help Kim

Kim, I can get Admire at a country Agway Farm store or a Company that sells fertilizer and farm chemicals. They don't stock it and usually arrives less than a week after ordering. You need a Pesticide permit to buy it in New York. There are several products with the same active ingredient.

in some areas you need a pesticide permit to use some cemicals also as len said sometimes you can find a non-restricted mix with the same active ingredient we found a small co-op that caters to farmers and we can get all kinds of garden needs in a week or lessand the prices are less than the lawn and garden centers

Admire I belive has the same active ingredient of imidacloprid which trades as confidor here in Australia. It sell here in little garden satchets for about $12.00Australian which is probably $5 US. This is enough to mix up 25 litres. I use it for aphid and whitefly control and it is unreal. does a magic job. So do a search for imidacloprid and see what you find. It is also used to control fleas on dogs and does a bloody good job. regards down under
