That's an orange neck lol.
You might be a orange neck, if you spend more money on pumpkins than you do your wife. You might be a orange neck if ya can trace pumpkin geneeology in your head.
You might be a orange neck, if instead of taking time off for hunting season you take it off for weigh off's.
IIIIIf a pretty member of the oppisite sex, starts talking to you and you stare at their pumpkin, you may be a orange necker.

I wrote an article on redneck pumpkin growers that came out in the NH Giant Pumpkins Growers Assoc. newspaper. Basically this is it. One of my favorite comedians is Jeff Foxworthy you’ve probably heard his routines about rednecks. Well I’ve taken his lead and applied his saying to pumpkin growing. Here’s what I came up with. You know you’re a redneck pumpkin grower when: · Your pumpkin patch is more on your neighbor’s land than your own.
· All of your shade trees have been cut down in order to get sun to the patch.
· You volunteer to rake the maple leaves on your neighbor’s yard in exchange for placing them in your compost pile.
· You talk your wife into pollinating pumpkins early in the morning so that it doesn’t interfere with your fishing time.
· You look forward to trash day in order to pick up bagged leaves for the compost pile.
· You take the wife on a Sunday drive in the country looking for old manure piles.
· You have an outhouse in the middle of the pumpkin patch.
· Lastly the neighbors ask you what’s that smell coming from your yard?
And yes I have to admit that I have been involved with some of the activities identified above.
