I Wonder how this would work on them critters that like to take a bite out of your pumpkin, like ground hogs, squirrles, mice and ect. Only thing I have seen being sold is repellent for deer and rabbits, I Wonder if this would work on them pesty other critters aswell? Do you think this stuff would hurt if you sprayed it directly on the pumpkin? Anyone heard about anyone using it?
G, I havnt seen any for ground hogs but then again your groundhogs would like this stuff, lol.

Miller's Hot Sauce. No websites, no glamour. Just plain good old fashioned capsaicin 400 times stronger than the hottest pepper. The same stuff police pepper spray is made from. Yee Haaaa!

I tried liquid fence this year,I was applying it weekly and it worked great for a little while. Then all of a sudden the ground hogs seemed to acquire a taste for the stuff. It was hard to imagine but they started to eat my plants right after I sprayed that foul smeeling stuff on them. I put a fence up and now they are digging under it. We trapped four and shot three but they are still munching away. This is the summer of "The Ground Hog Wars" for me.

I receiced a couple emails from folks inetersted in Miller's Hot Sauce. When I replied I indicated that Miller has no website nor did I provide a link to the label.
Here on my work laptop I have a copy of the specimen label so if anyone wants a copy email me again requesting it.

I live near the creators of Hot wax repellant, sold nation wide. I know that they have been experimenting with a host of other repellants for deer like garlic, fish emulsion, etc. They found that as Old Hickory states above they get "used to it". I beleive they now advise trying alternating products. Deer ate all my main vine tips while I was away at work!
