I am growing some atlantic giants and i have a pumpkin thats about 40-50 pounds so far its growing in a community garden where it has more space then my back yard. but anyway it seems to be more and more exposed to direct sun on it as the leaves around it are being pushed around it so its opening up and also its a big park and id also like to somewhat hide it from people who like to randomly destroy and damage stuff and also from the sun. I was thinking burlap is the best bet. A tent would just be saying hmm... lets see whats under there. burlap seems simple and a good choice for the situation. it seems like it gets good air flow through it. Do you think laying a piece on top of it would be alright? let me know what you think.

Hey Pap you said once you just use white sheets to cover your pumpkins. Do you mean you just place white sheets directly on your fruit???? And also do you remove them when it rains or just leave them on? Thanks
