When did you realize that this hobby had driven you over the edge?
For me, after getting home late from a miserable night at work on second shift. I went outside at 1:00 am to foliar feed my plants. I was dead tired but there I stood foliar feeding my plants with the help of a flash light and a street light. At that point I realized that I had gone over to the crazy side!

I realize it every weekend. I work all week and saturday morings. I spend about two or three hours a night in the patch rain or shine. Then on the weekends when its time to relax I spend about 6 more hours in the patch. My girlfreind helps though like tonight will go home and well both be picking those darn svb eggs.

what do you mean over the edge, i'm sane, i have no problems, someone told me if you say your sane you are, sheese, now to go and till next years patch with a backhoe. and another thing, i get up every morning at 5:00 northrup, finished my patch work by 8:42 eaton, plan my day for tomorrow until 10:68 wallace and then at 15:02, i have a rest.

When I lived in the sweltering heat of California, my wife was pregnant and we had no air conditioning...

We had 2 fans, both were out on my pumpkins. I didn't think a thing about it.
