What does, it went heavy, 8%, about the weight?

Before a pumpkin is weighed on the certified scale it is measured witha cloth tape for "OTT measurements" OTT = Over The Top.

These numbers are referenced to the weight charts to come up with an estimated weight (AKA "OTT EST").

If the actual weight was 8% over the estimated weight we'd say it was 8% heavy to the charts.
