I have a main vine that was sort of ribbon looking that suddenly split at 8 feet into two perfectly normal main vines. I now have pumpkins set on both vines. I cannot decide if I should cut one vine or let them both grow. I read I should cut one vine off. Should I wait to see if the pumpkins take before eliminating one of the main vines?

If you want maximum weight, choose one & cut the other off.
