Subject: what to do with my flat vine????

One plant I have has a huge flat, ribbon, double or triple vine.. it is about 12 feet long and has stopped growing, it has no secondaires no and female blooms?? any Ideas?? thanks!!

if not planted within 10ft of another plant firmly place your hand around stem where it meets dirt and lift in a upward fashion, and thank god that you have another plant.

You could try cutting the growth tip in two or three parts and see what happens, can't make things worse right?

Keith,
If it's "just a double" then waiting for it to split or splitting it yourself are good options.
However it sounds like we're past that point?
