I read in a recent post that it's important to have secondarys before the friut dead headed by July 15th with a pollenation target of June 25 to July 5... Sooo Is there any target dates for having the entire plant dead headed?? Or is it more dependant on size?? Are we after the same 8 or so secondarys on each side after the plant??

From what I see,,2 schools of thought on the "entire plant" dead headed,,,some end the main,,some don't.
The secondary growth past the fruit varies from plant to plant as far as how much,,how fast,, so I can't see there is anyway to put a number on it. These are using the basic christmas tree pattern.
# of secondary's before the fruit,,is a matter of how far out the fruit is set,,most are shooting for the 12-16' range,,you do the math,,lol

once the fruit starts to grow and sides before it are dead ended we allow the main to continue growing and do not terminate main until late season -- ( mid september )

we do however only grow every other side after the fruit.
growth is very slow after the fruit as you would immagine. especially if that main vine fruit is doing it thing
