I have a problem with one of the fruit that I recently set on one of my plants. The stem of the pumpkin arches back over the main vine so that the fruit is laying on the opposite side of the vine from where it originated. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there a way to train the fruit back to its natural position, or should I just cut it off? I have two other fruit growing on the same vine. Thanks, Charlie

Even with a 90° curve this one is going to be difficult.

Charlie, if you have two others growing on the same vine I don't know if it would be worth messing with . Do you have a twist in your vine right there where your junction is maybe? If you have a pic Id be curious to see it cause I have never seen a pumpkin do that before.

Thanks guys. I'll probably just whack it off. I've got enough headaches to worry about.
