Where do I look on BigPumpkins to find out how to prepare the seeds I take out of the pumpkins I grow this year, I have never done it, just take them out and wash them off?

Separate them from the pulp, dumping them into a 5 gallon bucket that contains a 5% bleach solution (6 oz Clorox per gallon water), rinse them thoroughly. Keep an eye on squirrels since you'll probably do this outside. I use 1/4" hardware cloth or old window screens that are mounted to frames. Lay the seeds out so they aren't touching. Place the screens near a dehumidifier or (at least) a slow moving fan for a couple weeks. You'll know they're done drying when the "skins" start falling off by themselves.
Protect from mice, squirrels, clumsy pets, spouses & children.
Freezing them is the best way to store them in the long term.

Fog, another thing you could do after washing them off like Tremor said is put them into a food dehydrator, I bought mine from wally world for less then 30 bucks a couple years back. Put the seeds in so they arnt touching, set the dial up on the lowest setting and in 3 days they are done. Works great.
