I need advice to get a huge pumpkin this year! When is the best time to plant in Oregon..I think its late april into early march? Please give me gowing advice and how to be a success! Thanks

Buy the book How to grow world class giant pumpkins. Then join a club such as the Pacific Northwest growers and talk to the other growers they are very willing to share advice. You will be well on your way then.

one of the first things to do is soil preperation till up your patch take a soil test to find out what your soil needs and add whats needed add good seed,good weather,and good luck don't forget a few hours a day to prune vines,remove flowers ,water check for bugs fertilize and you will do great
