We've had a very wet and cold June so far. We've already received over 94% of normal rainfall with 11 days still to go in the month. Along with only 96 hours of sunshine so far in the month, has made our plants grow at a crawl.

Maybe the oddity of it all for us here in Colorado is that today we set a record high temp for this day at 98 deg, and just a week and a half ago, we set a record for lowest temp for the day at 31 deg on June 8, even had some frost damage. Go figure!

Nice if you ask me, the wind doesn't seem like its that hard. :) But I did take advantage of it, using it to carry the light dusting of Sevin through the plants tonight.

Remember Brian, you are warmer than we are North of the 45th parallel. The last two days we've hit 80°...what a pleasant change. That said, the barometer is dropping like a rock and another rain storm is headed our way.

No Rain in close to 3 weeks. A big storm just passed on Tuesday, but we didn't see any of it. Yesterdays high was @ 70 F & last nights low was @ 48 F. It's suppose to warm back up to about 80F by Sunday or Monday. We could really use a good rain too.

Hmmm....I think I'd take a 96 actual/feels like 91 over what we typically get.....81 actual/feels like 95...at least at 6% humidity vs a 78 dewpoint your misters will work.........grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.............

You know, this is my first time trying to grow AG's. I've lived in the Bay Area here for all my life and this is the lousiest start to a summer in our part of the bay that I can remember. The wind has not stopped and the temps are much cooler than in the past. I don't think I will be bragging on the size of the pumpkins coming from our yard. I hope it gets warmer.

Bring on the heat, here at 6000+ ft elevation I need all the warm nights I can get especially after fruit set in the next two weeks. It is easy to cool things down, but to warm up a whole big patch and keep it that way is almost impossible....Lovin the heat, Grow, Grow, Grow.......
