Wiz, I have my own personal Monkey on my back Id say, Ron and Pap have sent me a 1068 Wallace ever since that pumpkin was grown, I haven't done crap with this plant ether, because of mistakes I have made(including wife) or just bad luck. Id love to get this (personal) monkey off my back with this seed and grow that 1000lber like I have told them I would for the last 4 or 5 years or so. This is by far my favorite seed of all times(even before it grew the 1502) and I have made it personal for myself to grow a giant for them two guys for all the help they have giving me through out the years. If I grow a 1000 lber with this seed it would be for them for the most part.

This is my first pumpkin so there is no monkey on my back for a 1000 pounder. I'd be happy for half that. But I guess you could say I have a baby monkey on my back. I have several neighbors watching my pumpkin plant. They probly think I am NUTS. The best soil I had is out by the road. Everyone can see what I am doing. I know they think I am nuts since I tried putting up a daggum pvc pipe hoop frame for a shade cloth. It broke by the way---too much stress in the hoop. The soil is not right. The knowledge is not all here. My female is sitting at an angle. I don't have much time for picking out females.
Wiz--lots of luck to your pumpkin. I'll be watching.

Monkey?....Hah! You have to have a clue what you are doing to even think of having a monkey on your back. Therefore, i have no monkey. I am just happy to have some great seeds this year. I do wish i had more room and sunlight to give it a shot though. Oh well, At least i am way ahead of last year (not saying much).
