I'm glad to see Jack Larue posting some pics of his patch in a diary here on bigpumpkins.com! I was lucky enough to see his patch in person a couple of years ago. It was an eye opener for me to see what it takes to be consistently one of the world's best growers year-after-year. Hopefully he will keep posting pics throughout the season.

Love those pictures. Those are some hoop-houses. Looks like a full time job to me....a fun job!!

I look forward to Jack's diary as well. Not to put any pressure on ya Jack, to keep posting regularily. That's quite a nice growing operation the Larues have going. No wonder they are so successful.

Turns out that it is Sherry Larue who is posting the pics. Thanks Sherry. I think she grew the biggest pumpkin last year from the Larue family anyway! Or was it the 1315 that was the largest Larue pumpkin last year?
