I noticed that i have a couple of little females starting on the tips. What is the word on the first ones being kind of "false females"? Should i not waste my time with the first ones or should i pollinate every possible one and worry about choosing later? FYI, I know it is kind of early to set a pumpkin but i have no shot at a monster so i am just trying to give myself the best chances at at least one good one.

I've always been told to pollinate "everything" at first and cull later. You never know how many females you will get or how many abort. Take advantage of all of them for now!

Put a "G" in the beginning.
