I have posted 2 pictures of what I think is a double vine on my primary plant. What are the options for a double vine plant?

I would let it grow out for a while and see if it will turn into 2 separate mains. Then pick the best and trim off the rest. I got my personal best that way. And that was even after the double part of main split lenghtwise about 2 feet out and split croswise just a few inches out. I don't think it should be too much of a problem.

I agree . let it grow out. sometimes they grow out of it. my 1370 plant started out double and grew out of it. ended up with the 1302 state record. I had two others go double also. one split into two vines and I cut one off. the other one I cut down the middle to seperate it and cut the slowest growing one off. I was hoping for a double vine this year.lol no luck so far.

OK. But how about THIS: It is now looking like a flat-vine as well. Does that cause problems?
