Subject: Paper Towel. Baggie Way Works Great

I filed, soaked the seeds in 1/3 hydrogen peroxide, 2/30 water for 4 hours, put in paper towels, folded, placed in air tight zip lock baggie, under heat lamp, with reheatable heating pad underneath the cake pan they are in and it worked great, I read that someone did it this way and by the end of the week they had a pumpkin plant 6 inchs high, sure enough, 7 days later and my plant is at least 6 inchs high, I was afraid to try it at first, but now I'm glad I did it.

I was putting them in dirt directly, comsumed more time and less came up, I can't believe the results I'm having this way, I have 7 more coming up, these ones go to the school for, for the school.

Gotta love those baggies. I use the same method for smaller seeds inside a mason jar with a roll inside so the kids can watch the seeds pop against the glass. Baggies are more dependable but jars are more EXCITING for kids.
