Yo ! Just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. Some of you may already know my big brother " The Wiz" of www.coloradopumpkins.com , I'm lil brother Jim and I mean "Biz" ! I don't expect to break any records, at least not this year, but I am looking forward to learning a great deal and meeting all the BIG BOYS of the pumpkin world next year in Niagra ! I would be very honored to stand in the shadows of Mr. Ron Wallace and his Father, Mr. Rose, Mr.Checkon, Mr. Jutras, Mr. Macari and many of you !! The "roots" of pumpkin growing go way back and maybe someday my name will appear in the lineage of another World Record. This should be fun !! Jim " Grande"

TheBiz should do real good this year, he lives next door to Jareds nursery, we spent alot of time prepping that patch this year and the dirt looks real good, soil test showed a much better result than I thought. What better to start with than a 1502 and a 1110. He will also be growing a greenie CarlsonPeterson, and will probably wax my butt the first year out. I will do my best to make it so. At 10 years younger I wish I was growing 10 years ago, I would of had a 723....lol
Tonight we study the Holland Videos, he has homework to do.

The Wiz and the Biz are tired of winter bliz and need to get these plants in the ground... I'm planting mine and he'z planting hiz hoping mine will be big orange and round!! After they're done baking LongBeard will be shakin and his head will be all in a diz.. Cuz the Wiz and The Biz have beaten all of hiz and I'm sorry LongBeard, it "iz" what it "iz" !!
