If you want to keep you eye on a diary which is showing step-by-step the "correct" way to grow giant pumpkins check out Patchmaster's diary. It is like watching a combined tutorial of How to Grow Giant Pumpkins I, II, and III while listening to a Ron Wallace lecture at the same time. He's doing things right and showing people how to do it at the same time. Check it out!

Thank you for the kind words. To me the Growers Diary section of BP.com is one of the more useful features. It's nice to actually see how other people are doing things and what their techniques are. If someone finds a new idea in my diary than that just makes my season that much better. Good Luck to all of you, Russ
