Do your plants need to be taken outside a little bit each day if they are going into a hoop house?

Yes, definetly, both for colder temps and for getting use to that direct sunlight....if you dont it may burn once put out. Watch em close and also be aware of wind gusts that may come up and launch your seedling across the patio.......
