Question for any genetic experts and experienced growers. To get ready for the season as a rookie I have practiced my germination techniques i.e. yours. File seeds, six hours soak in warm water in a germination box at 85 degrees(thanks Maine GPGO), place between wet paper towels inside sandwich bag. Out of 14 seeds I had germination on 13 seeds between 12 and 36 hours. Then into peat pots. One seed plant now has two stems coming up with two leaves on each stem. Is this unusal? How do you recommend I deal with it?
Thanks

personally, id use one of my other normal germimations. a double that early may only spell trouble. especially if you have no experience trying to turn the plant back into a single main.

I had two separate plants come out of a 1020 papez seed! I carefully pulled the seed apart and removed one of the plants. One was much larger than the other so I planted it while the smaller one stayed under the grow light. My plan was to grow both but as so often happens a small disaster meant the end for the one planted. Luckily I had the second one to replace it and that one grew me a personal best at the time of 732lb.s. I would check your seedling to see if it was one plant or two separate plants but one plant or two I would take pap's advice.
