I am having a problem with my bigpumpkins chat service. When I click on it I get the window with the block where you type your conversation but when you press send I see nothing else than just a blank text box again. What on earth could be going wrong, At the top of the page it states that I am using IE5+ version of chat. Any help would be appreciated, I would love to get on and chat with you all.

Another suggestion is to see if there is a popup blocker on your PC or there is a bar just below the address bar that needs to be clicked to accept the request.
