400 SF Said to run a hoop house from North to South in order to avoid cooking plants in the discussion about a temperature controlled exhaust fan. So my question is if you have to run the hoop house North to South does that mean thats the way you grow your plants? I'd like to get some feed back on everyone experiences. What directions do you grow your plants? Did one direction grow better than another? What direction do you face your hoop houses?

Good questions. Last year two of my plants ran south to north, and one ran north to south. The one running N-to-S had a lot of vine tips that burned, the others didn't. I don't know if this was a coincidence, or not?
