HeLLoooo everybody... sigh~*
ALAs,... i've decided,.. i think im going to give it a rest this year-
hAs been a hard decision,... was going to try and grow three this year- but, have decided after much turmoil to give it a rest-

( I WiLL Still help out with the cLub and all! -where and when i can!... i know the spring-free-plant-giveaway is comming up and i would still LOve to help out with the Maine Pumpkin Boats and all... (Bill- i will probably even have more time now to write that article still- (about the pumpkin boats)...

But,.. well,... it Will give my current patch a rest. (especially after last years- (we Lost our stumps here last year- was pretty nasty-)
And!.. can give a lot more time to start work on opening up a new peice of ground...

MeAnwhiLes, HOpefully- will be able to get the house back in order- (the place hasnt been right- and everything going downhill- Ever since GiAnt Pumpkins having taken over my Life for the last two years...

pLus, this way, i'll be able to get back out and do some island camping with the wife and dAwgs like we used to before GiAnt Pumpkins came along!...
(we would go island camping with all of our dogs out to the islands with our canoes- u see... ( i cAint remember the last time i was actually gone fishin'!.....
( you knowW she'll be happy! ))

AnYwAys! i will MiSS it i'm sure!

Tom,,,,a hard decision that I'm sure you struggled with.

But the right one for all the right reasons.

I knew you were a "gent" when ya helped me last year in chat,, the late night sessions got me serious about tackling these "giants"

Don't be a stranger,,get that house in order and give some updates on the time off !!!

I'll try and be the first to welcome the you back in '08 !!

Hope you enjoy your year off. I'm doing the same, no pumpkin for first time in 7 years. Getting married in August and family comes first. Too many things to do right now. Gives me time to go fishing as well. Jimmy

Plant one pumpkin, hook up the sprinklers and let nature take its course. If ya get to it great, it gets wattered and it'll get atleast 300 pounds(hopefull bigger)
